Itsy Bitsy Boutique was established by native Houstonian Susan Rice Watt in November 2009. Watt moved back home in the summer of 2009 from San Francisco; where she was a merchandiser and designer for Gap corporate. Spending most of her tenure with Baby Gap and Gap Kids, she naturally decided to open up her own boutique. Her store offers charming clothes in both traditional and whimsical styles.

Itsy Bitsy Boutique carries sizes from newborn to 6x in girls and newborn to 4T in boys, but can order a bigger size as needed. Watt's focus is to travel a little farther than just the Dallas market to find unique kids and baby apparel at varying price points. Located in the convenient Upper Kirby area, parking is always available. Itsy Bitsy Boutique shares the retail space with two other shops, Tres Chic women's clothing and Cynthia Ann's Whim Home Decor.
